Shipping Details For Pacific Spas |  Delivery Areas | Set-up Areas 

Items purchased and shipped within the following Canadian provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba), include set up and installation by our highly trained Pacific Spas delivery crew. To all other provinces within Canada, we offer curbside delivery and installation for an additional cost.

Please refer to the following lead time:

  1. Unit in Stock in our warehouse: 2 weeks
  2. Unit requiring production time: 6-12 weeks

In most cases, the customer need to contact us prior of delivery at info@pacificspas,ca. Since our spas are heavy and considered an oversized item, we need to get more information on the installation site.

A contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of 9am - 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the shipment.
